The Case Record

The Case Record consists of copies of the relevant documents in the claim files of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (the "Board") as well as additional documents generated by the Tribunal and the parties to an appeal. It is prepared by the Tribunal and sent to the parties before the appeal is scheduled. It will be used by the Vice-Chair or Panel deciding the appeal.
