WSIAT Accessibility Policy for Customer Service

In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and Ontario Regulation 429/07, the Appeals Tribunal has established an Accessibility Policy for Customer Service. The Appeals Tribunal is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive environment in which all persons have equal access to its goods and services and can participate fully in their appeals, particularly at hearings.

Feedback regarding the way the Appeals Tribunal provides goods and services to people with disabilities can be made via the our website, by mail, by fax or by phone. All feedback will be directed to the Tribunal’s Accessibility Coordinator.
