Hearing Ready Letter

We confirm your appeal is ready for the hearing when we send you a Hearing Ready Letter.

Review the Hearing Ready Letter carefully. This letter lists the issues on appeal and confirms other important information for the hearing. The hearing will only deal with the issues listed in this letter. If you believe that any information is incorrect or missing from this letter, please Contact Us immediately.

The Vice-Chair or Panel assigned to your appeal will have the final say on

• the issues to be decided
• any benefits that may flow from the issues on appeal
• the hearing format
