Before an Oral Hearing
We’ll send you written notice when your oral hearing is scheduled. If you have a problem with the scheduled hearing date, Contact Us right away to let us know.
To get ready for your hearing, you should

- make sure that you have all the case materials that we sent you. Bring them to your hearing.
- review your Hearing Ready Letter. It contains important information.
- finalize your notes for the hearing about your opening statement, questions for witnesses, and closing statement.
- prepare your witness. Make sure they know the time, place or connection details of the hearing.
- tell us if your address or phone number changes by completing a Change of Address Form and sending it to us.
