Vice-Chairs and Members are selected through a public, merit-based recruitment process. Appointments to the WSIAT are made on the recommendation of the Tribunal Chair and the Minister of Labour, Training and Skills Development, reviewed by the Standing Committee on Government Agencies, and confirmed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council through an Order-in-Council.
