April 28th is the National Day of Mourning, a day to honour the thousands of workers who have been killed, injured, or suffered illness as a result of work-related incidents. On this day, we join together in remembrance and honour the many workers, families, and friends who have been deeply affected by workplace tragedies.
If you or a loved one has been impacted by a workplace death, injury, or illness, please visit Threads of Life for information about grief counselling, crisis intervention support, and coping skills.
