Osgoode Hall Law School Students Public Interest Initiative

Osgoode Hall Law School’s Public Interest Initiative offers free support to workers and employers who are representing themselves in WSIAT appeals. The law students give advice on strategy, explain the process, and offer practical support, not legal advice. This initiative contributes to providing access to justice for Self-Represented Parties while fulfilling the students’ academic public interest requirements.

Self-Represented Parties can now access this support by contacting the initiative directly via email.
