In-Person Information Session for WSIAT Stakeholders
February 11, 2020, 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.

As part of the WSIAT’s ongoing commitment to the promotion of transparency, consistency and fairness, the WSIAT will be holding an information session for representatives, parties and other interested stakeholders on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, between 4 and 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of this session is to provide an update on Tribunal activities, with a focus on the WSIAT’s Early Intervention Program (EIP), which provides alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services for single-party appeals and mediation services for two-party appeals.

During the session, Sean Ryan, Program Lead of the WSIAT’s ADR Department, will describe how the program works and provide an update about new and ongoing ADR and mediation initiatives. Dispute Resolution Officers (DROs) will also be on hand to answer your questions. More information about the EIP.

Speakers will also include Rosemarie McCutcheon, Tribunal Chair and Nicole Bisson, Director, Appeal Services.

The in-person information session will take place at the WSIAT’s Toronto office located at 505 University Avenue, in the WSIAT’s new “Ian J. Strachan Conference Centre” (5th Floor).
