The Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT) is committed to continuously improving its hearing process. In support of this effort, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new Exit Survey for Hearing Participants.
Following each WSIAT hearing, participants will soon be invited to to complete a short, anonymous survey about their hearing experience. This feedback will help the WSIAT better understand hearing participants’ needs and identify opportunities to enhance our services.
Please note that no personal information will be collected for this survey. The survey is intended solely to gather feedback to improve the quality of services for those participating in a hearing.
