Decision No. 704/17 granted the worker further LOE benefits, subject to statutory reviews. The worker requested that the reference to statutory reviews be deleted. The Vice-Chair noted that this is common wording in Tribunal decisions and that it does not require the Board to conduct any reviews. Rather, it merely acknowledges that the benefits are not necessarily fixed until age 65 but are subject to further reviews by the Board as may be permitted by the WSIA.
