Current Medical Discussion Papers

These Medical Discussion Papers are reviewed and updated on a periodic basis as deemed appropriate by the WSIAT, including when the current medical knowledge about a topic significantly changes. If more up to date medical information is required in a WSIAT case, the WSIAT adjudicator can request supplemental medical literature and/or seek assistance from a Medical Assessor. The parties may also obtain alternative medical information.
