If the information you are sending to us is for an appeal or application, please write the 11-digit WSIAT number on your cover letter or form so we connect it to the correct case.

Please send information to us via e-file, fax, courier, or mail. You may also deliver it to us in person between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays unless other times are posted.

Implementation of WSIAT Decisions

The WSIAT sends its decisions to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). It will take the WSIB time to process and implement a WSIAT decision. The WSIB will contact you if they require additional information.
