Chair’s Message

I am pleased to provide the 2022 Annual Report of the WSIAT.

This annual report demonstrates that the WSIAT has been largely successful in meeting its goals, which fall into the following categories:

• timely and fair case processing, hearings and decisions;
• improving access to justice and accessibility;
• promoting equity, diversity and inclusion; and
• modernization, which includes responsiveness to stakeholder needs and adaptability to a changing environment.
