The WSIAT will launch its new pre-hearing appeal process in early 2024. This date allows for sufficient consultation and preparation for the launch.
The purpose of the new process is to
- make our materials and processes clear and easy to understand
- reduce the time to hearing
- address issues and concerns that have been raised
- integrate our processes with electronic communication (E-File/E-Share)

We will be holding information sessions on the new process in 2024. Registration details will be posted on our website closer to the session dates.
